The Redifer Family’s dream was to create its signature beer and to be able to enjoy it with its family and friends. In the heart of downtown Yakima a former cell phone store was converted into Redifer’s Brewing Company. 2112 Design Studio helped them turn their dream into space! The interior design layout, finishes and light fixtures were designed and chosen by 2112 Design Studio and approved by the client. The goal was to develop a space where beer lovers could sit and enjoy a beer or two while taking in the creation of this ancient beverage! Our client’s passion for his craft led 2112 Design Studio to design a space where the brewing experience became front and central, essentially the event to be admired. An industrial but yet warm feeling welcomes you to Redifer Brewing Company. Tall black windows frame the nano brewery and immerse you into the world of crafting IPA, Nut Brown, Stout and Blonde. Beer lovers sit, talk and gather as they take in two generations of Redifer’s happily brewing their next concoction.
